Found a wrong answer or a stale rule? That report matters more than any other mail. Say which question ID, it is printed above every question in practice.

Write to [email protected] with the question ID and what looks off. Corrections are checked against the cited regulation and fixed in the bank, with the citation updated when the rule text is the problem.

What to expect

• Error reports: checked first, answered with the outcome.
• Waitlist removal: handled on request, confirmed by reply.
• No phone support, no live chat. Email only.
